Manual Crimson Baseball Golf Scramble

1^st Annual duPont Manual Crimson Baseball Golf Scramble

Date: September 30, 2012 – 1pm.

Location: Glenmary Country Club

Fees: $260 per team/ $65 per player. Price includes Greens Fee, Food, & 2 Tickets for Door Prizes. Please email names of team members to the following address: matt@hrworksinc.com . Please subject email as “DMHS Golf scramble”.

We would like to get anywhere between 18-24 teams to ensure a steady pace of play.  We will have a list prepared of teams that will include: Who purchased packages and that are accounted for, and teams that still owe fees that can be paid at the day of the scramble when checking in.

Hole Sponsor Packages: Please email or mail business logo and/or what you want your sign to look like to: matt@hrworksinc.com or Matt Timbario 8 Dupont Way #7 Lou, KY 40207. Please send check to address above made out to Manual Baseball Boosters, and price of check will tell me what package you ordered. Hole sponsor will not be made until check is received.

Gold - $360 Price includes hole sponsor, and fees for foursome in scramble. ($50 Savings) If ordered please email team stating gold package was purchased so we know team is paid for.

Sliver - $255 Price includes hole sponsor, and 1/2 of teams fee. ($25 Savings) If ordered please email team stating that silver package was purchased so we know only $130 is due for team fee at check in.

Regular - $150 Price includes hole sponsor.  

We will have food & drinks to follow scramble and also have door prizes to be given out and the top 3 teams will receive prizes.  Also different games will be added into the scramble to make things more exciting!!!
